Artwork Submission Requirements

If you're planning on sending us a file for a job, please make sure that you read these guidelines first before proceeding to upload your files. If you wish to bring us your artwork, you may do so as well.

If you choose to bring us your file, acceptable disk formats are as follows:
CD-R/RW; DVD-R/RW; DVD+R/RW
USB Drive (Formatted NTFS, FAT, FAT32)
We can accept both Mac and PC formatted media

When Uploading below, please follow the following criteria:

Fonts and Text:
Please convert all text to curves or outlines. If unable to convert text to curves or outlines, please provide all of the fonts used along with your artwork.

Vector Artwork:
Vector artwork uses mathematical relationships between points and the paths connecting them to describe an image. Vector artwork is composed of paths. We can accept vector artwork in the following formats:
-Adobe Illustrator CS5 (EPS or AI)
-FlexiSIGN (FS or EPS)
-Adobe Acrobat (PDF 9 or below)

DO NOT SEND IMAGES OBTAINED FROM THE INTERNET! These images may look good on screen, but their formatting DOES NOT transpire clearly onto signs or prints.

Rasterized Artwork:
A bitmap image uses a grid of individual pixels where each pixel can be a different color or shade. We can accept raster artwork in the following formats:
-Tag image file format (TIF or TIFF) without LZW compression.
-Adobe Photoshop CS5 or older (PSD)
-Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPG or JPEG) at High Quality
-Adobe Acrobat Portable Document Format (PDF)
*Please try to have all rasterized artwork at 300 DPI minimum and CMYK*

Any artwork not meeting these guidelines may result in additional design charges ranging from $30-$95/hr
