Below is a list of how your job is taken from the moment you place your order, to the moment you leave with the finished product.

Proofing

You must approve it before we will produce it

All of our jobs, weather large or small, go through the proofing process. This process insures that you, the customer, see what you will be getting, prior to us making the order. Proofs are generally sent via email, though may be hand delivered, faxed, or viewed at our location. This is one of the most important parts of the sign making process. The customer is responsable for all accuracy, so their cooperation on this process must be completed properly to insure their final result will come out correct and as planned.

Production / Fabrication

Now the clock is ticking

Once we receive your approval via the proofing process, your job is placed into production. Here, we work as quickly, dilligently, and accurately as possible to make sure we are on track to meet your deadline. All orders are fabricated or produced as necessary, and the customer is notified upon completion. At any time if you wish to inquire about the current status of your order, please feel free to call us at any time and we will get you an update.

Secure Payment

Your privacy and finances are our most important concern

No orders are taken out of our shop until the final balance is paid in full. Companies may get on a 30 day credit with us upon providing accurate credit information. We can process all payments via credit card, check, or cash. We will never ask you to send us credit card information, or give us bank routing numbers through unsecured means. All of our transactions are done through encrypted, FDIC insured processes, and your banking information is NEVER SAVED. We need your credit card information for EVERY transaction, this insures if our records are ever stolen or hacked, your finances are safe. If there happens to be a problem, all transactions are covered and insured via BB&T bank services.
