Metal Signs

Metal signs are considered our most durable signs, with great long lasting capabilities. Most commonly used for outdoor signs, metal is a great material for traffic signs, main building signage, directional signs and electrical monument signs. All of the metals come with a glossy automotive paint finish, and a few even come prepainted in standard colors.
 
.040 Aluminum - Great for smaller traffic signs, interior hanging signs and general monument fabrication, .040 Aluminum is one of Sign-A-Rama's staple sign materials. 
 
.063 Aluminum - We typically use .063 Aluminum for outdoor signs that need to be a bit more heavy duty. Larger post and panel signs require the main piece to be significantly more rigid. .063 Aluminum is also used for larger fabrication projects that require bending, welding and painting. 
 
.080 Aluminum - Sign-A-Rama only uses this material for certain traffic signs, stop signs, No Parking signs. .080 Aluminum signs are very heavy duty and can easily withstand the elements.
 
Dibond - Dibond is relatively lightweight, incredibly durable, very rigid with the same gloss automotive finish as all other metals. We recommend dibond for virtually any sign project when our client is looking for a sign solution that lasts a very long time with little to no maintenance.
